The short answer is yes, but with credit approval.

How can I register our Purchase Order number with our order?
Just make a note in "comments" and we will enter it.

I don't have time to fill out an order -- May I email or call?

Some of our customers, when time and inventory are both running out at the same time, will email us the current inventory list with a budget guide. We prepare a suggested order and can ship pretty quickly. We are glad to do this. :)

Reorders?
No minimum on order totals, but jewelry is prepared and ready to ship in bundles of six. Everything comes in multiples of 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 etc...

Shipping

How do you ship?
Free, Free, and Free! Almost always UPS or FedEx. However, sometimes it is most expedient to use Priority Mail. If you have a preference, please let us know!

Do you have a handling charge?
No. (Shipping is free to you!) In addition, all packing materials that we use are recycled--everything but the tape.

Misc

Where else do you sell your products?
Mostly botanical gardens and museums but also nature-minded stores. You will be in good company. :) We have great customers.

Why do you require a password to access the website?
